Highly Developed Hiring Processes
Our hiring process is best described as ‘intense’. Prior to being hired, applicants are carefully screened and interviewed. Each potential employee’s history is then carefully checked, including fingerprinting, criminal background investigations and detailed reference checks. New employees then participate in New Hire Orientation, a hands-on training that introduces the policies and procedures which explain our high standards.
Comprehensive Training Program
Ongoing professional development guarantees that our teachers and administrators are always learning and are committed to continuous improvement. Training opportunities include specialized education sessions, conference attendance, faculty meetings, and more. Each team member is required to obtain 18 hours of continuing education every year.
